PAST TRAVELS

I once heard a story about a girl who was trying to visit 30 countries by her 30th birthday. I thought it was a really cool idea, and then realised by the time I’m 30 (June 2013..eeek), I will have visited 33 countries. Now that’s cool.

Here’s a list of the 16 I have been to so far.

1. AMERICA – Los Angeles, Las Vegas, The Grand Canyon, Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, Memphis, New Orleans, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Washington DC, Pennsylvania, New York, Boston, Cape Canaveral.

2. CANADA – Quebec City, Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver, Whistler, Kamloops, Vernon, Banff, Jasper.

3. ENGLAND – Lots.. too many to name

4. FRANCE – Paris, Lyon, Nice,

5. ITALY – Rome, Florence, Venice, Vienna

6. MONACO – French Riviera

7. SWITZERLAND – Lucerne, Vaduz, Lauterbrunnen

8. AUSTRIA –  Tyrol,

9. GERMANY – Heidelberg, St. Goar

10. NETHERLANDS – Amsterdam, Edam

11. CHINA – Xi’an, Shanghai, Beijing, Suzhou

12. THAILAND – Chiang Mai, Bangkok, Kanchanaburi, Ayutthaya, White Karen Village, Muser Village

13. LAOS – Pakbeng,  Luang Prabang, Vientiane

14. INDONESIA – Bali

15. VANUATU – Mystery Island, Vila, Wala

16. NEW CALEDONIA – Isle of Pines, Lifou Isle, Noumea

  1. Awesome! I’m doing that as well. Nineteen countries so far and I just turned twenty but leave for India in five weeks! Then Nepal, back to Cambodia, off to Vietnam, Laos and maybe Thailand (keep going until the money runs out!) I am a nomad too 🙂
